Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase or the original order information is required.

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, please contact us at fulltiltsyndicate1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly shipped item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If an item is defective, damaged during shipment, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, including return shipping arrangements when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at fulltiltsyndicate1@gmail.com and provide your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed or fulfilled. After the cancellation window has expired, the order may no longer be cancelled and may instead be subject to our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return when identified as final-sale, custom-made, modified, or otherwise specifically designated as non-returnable on the product page.
